K. RAVI KUMAR - MANAGING DIRECTOR

K. Ravi Kumar, a veteran in materials and construction machinery engineering. With over 48 years of experience, he has significantly contributed to the field of material handling equipment, including mobile cranes, container handling equipment, and forklifts. After starting his career with the public sector company BEML, Mr. Kumar set up Indital Construction Machinery Limited in 1989, pioneering the manufacture of container handling equipment, heavy forklift trucks, and mobile cranes in India.
His innovative spirit and creative approach led to the launch of more than a dozen India-first pieces of equipment over three decades. In recognition of his groundbreaking work, he received the prestigious Best Entrepreneur Award from the late President Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam. Under his leadership, LOADSTAR continues to push the boundaries of technology and manufacturing excellence, solidifying its position as a leader in the industry.

V. BHASKAR - DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

V. Bhaskar, the Director of Finance at LOADSTAR, is a seasoned electronic engineer with over 46 years of experience in finance and general management within the medical devices, electronics, and manufacturing industries. His extensive career includes significant roles in both India and Singapore, and he has successfully navigated the electronics engineering field as an entrepreneur for more than 20 years.
Mr. Bhaskar’s expertise in finance and engineering, especially in manufacturing, is a key strength for LOADSTAR. His leadership has been pivotal in enhancing LOADSTAR’s financial stability and operational efficiency, leveraging his deep understanding of the industry to drive growth and innovation.

GAUTAM VALIVETI - DIRECTOR

Gautam, a distinguished Mechanical Engineer with a Master’s degree from the esteemed Aachen University of Applied Sciences in Germany, embarked on his illustrious career as a Coordinator in Regulatory Affairs at Erocor Gmbh, a prominent International Life Sciences Technology Corporation. His journey took a pivotal turn in 2017 when he relocated to India to join LOADSTAR, marking the inception of the company’s production in the country.
His unwavering dedication, relentless hard work, and undying passion propelled him to master the core aspects of design and production of LOADSTAR’s renowned Material and Container Handling Equipment. Recognizing his unparalleled expertise and visionary leadership, he was appointed as the Director of Projects in October 2018. His strategic acumen and profound technical knowledge continue to be instrumental in shaping the future of the industry.

RADHAKRISHNA K R - CEO

Mr. Radhakrishna K R, our CEO is a Post Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kanpur and has more than 39 years of Industry Experience. He had served as Head of R&D at BEML Limited, a DPSU and had been responsible for the design and development of many products for Mining and Construction, and Defense applications. He was also heading the Innovation Cell and was instrumental in filing more than 200 patents. He was heading the Quality Function at the corporate level in BEML Limited and was instrumental in getting Self certification status for supplies to Defense Customers. He has vast administrative experience including heading a manufacturing complex in the capacity of Executive Director and Chief of Complex with more than 2000 employees and Rs 1000 crores turnover.
Well known for his technical prowess and administrative capabilities he has been instrumental in the execution of major orders at LOADSTAR and ensuring year on year growth.
