The LOADSTAR LS25-1200 is a robust 25-ton forklift truck designed to deliver exceptional lifting capacity, efficiency, and operator comfort for demanding industrial applications.

Engine and Performance

Equipped with a Volvo/Ashok Leyland engine, the LS25-1200 provides 160 kW (218 HP) of power and 910 Nm of torque. Known for lower fuel consumption and extended service intervals, this engine ensures reliable performance with reduced maintenance requirements.

Transmission and Axle

The forklift features a ZF Powershift transmission for smooth power delivery and efficient operation. Its heavy-duty AxleTech drive axle, enhances stability and minimises sidewall wear, ensuring durability under heavy loads.

Hydraulic System and Controls

Load-sensing hydraulics with heavy-duty pumps and controls improve fuel efficiency while providing precise control over lifting operations. Joystick controls and a digital colour display for the operator machine interface offer modern, intuitive operation, replacing outdated control systems for enhanced productivity.

Cabin and Safety Features

The mast design ensures excellent visibility, complemented by a spacious, all-weatherproof cantilever suspended high-mount cabin. Features include a 3-way adjustable steering column, rear-view camera, and integrated music system for operator comfort and convenience. Safety is prioritised with oil-immersed wet disc brakes and ergonomic features to reduce operator fatigue.

Design and Maintenance

Additional design features include compact counterweights for stability, flip-opening bonnets for easy maintenance access, and an anti-slip stairway and platform for safe entry and exit.
