The LOADSTAR 8–15T HRV is a heavy recovery vehicle engineered for recovery, towing, and lifting operations across industrial, infrastructure, and emergency applications. Built on a rugged 6×6 truck chassis, it delivers reliable performance in demanding conditions.
The HRV features a 32 tonnes-meter recovery crane with 360° slewing, capable of lifting 8 tonnes at 4.2 metres and 4.2 tonnes at 8 metres, ensuring efficient operation in confined and complex environments.
A 15-tonne recovery winch with 60-metre cable length supports controlled vehicle recovery, while towing capability includes 25 tonnes drawbar towing and 6.5 tonnes pulled-up towing using a dedicated attachment.
Integrated safety systems such as boom slewing interlocks, anti-two-block protection, and load moment limiting enhance operational safety. A dynamic counterbalance system with turret-mounted counterweight ensures stability during lifting and recovery.
The vehicle offers radio controlled operation, with manual and cabled controls available for operational redundancy.
