K. Ravi Kumar, a veteran in materials and construction machinery engineering. With over
40 years of experience, he has significantly contributed to the field of material handling
equipment, including mobile cranes, container handling equipment, and forklifts. After
starting his career with the public sector company BEML, Mr. Kumar set up Indital
Construction Machinery Limited in 1989, pioneering the manufacture of container
handling equipment, heavy forklift trucks, and mobile cranes in India.
His innovative spirit and creative approach led to the launch of more than a dozen
India-first pieces of equipment over three decades. In recognition of his groundbreaking
work, he received the prestigious Best Entrepreneur Award from the late President Dr.
A.P.J. Abdul Kalam. Under K. Ravi Kumar’s leadership, Loadstar continues to push the
boundaries of technology and manufacturing excellence, solidifying its position as a
leader in the industry.
V. BHASKAR - DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
V. Bhaskar, the Director of Finance at Loadstar, is a seasoned electronic engineer with
over 35 years of experience in finance and general management within the medical
devices, electronics, and manufacturing industries. His extensive career includes
significant roles in both India and Singapore, and he has successfully navigated the
electronics engineering field as an entrepreneur for more than 20 years.
Mr. Bhaskar’s expertise in finance and engineering, especially in manufacturing, is a key
strength for Loadstar. His leadership has been pivotal in enhancing Loadstar’s financial
stability and operational efficiency, leveraging his deep understanding of the industry to
drive growth and innovation.
